Campaign + pipeline, ongoing
The brief
Peak Uro sells Emsella: a treatment most people have never heard of, for a problem most people won’t bring up at dinner. They were mid-rebrand from Peak Emsella, running Meta ads into a pipeline holding 400+ open opportunities, most of them voicemails nobody was ever going to ring back. The job: make the ads cheaper, make every lead land somewhere, and make sure somebody actually calls.
What we did
Rebuilt the Meta creative
A new Emsella video ad pulled leads under $10 each in its first full weeks and became the account’s workhorse.
Carried the campaign through the rebrand
Peak Emsella to Peak Uro, old domains redirected, zero dark weeks.
Cleared the pipeline
400+ open opportunities cut to the ~160 worth calling. Voicemail backlog 260 → 68. Out-of-area leads 30 → 0. Stale voicemails now close themselves after two weeks.
Wired the ads to the phone
Every Meta lead lands in the CRM tagged as paid social. A human calls first. An AI call agent takes the second attempt, so nobody gets forgotten.
One scorecard, every Thursday
